Our system is designed for success: 75% office-based planning and communication, and 25% jobsite engagement. You'll oversee everything from kickoff to closeout, ensuring timeline milestones, client satisfaction, and quality control. You'll coordinate with in-house design, operations, and field teams, using tools like Asana, to keep everyone on track. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the construction of custom homes from pre-construction through the warranty phase</li><li>Coordinate with the design team and the operations manager on material orders and selections</li><li>Ensure projects are built per plans, specs, contracts, and selections</li><li>Own the construction timeline, subcontractor scheduling, and milestone tracking</li><li>Maintain detailed job logs, daily reports, and Asana updates</li><li>Conduct walkthroughs and site inspections to ensure quality and cleanliness</li><li>Communicate with homeowners via Asana, meetings, and weekly updates</li><li>Approve invoices and manage change orders to protect the scope and budget</li><li>Drive process improvements, checklist development, and SOP refinement</li><li>Participate in bonus opportunities tied to milestone completion and client satisfaction</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3 or more years of project management experience in residential construction preferred</li><li>Project Management skills are preferred over construction experience</li><li>Strong computer skills and comfort with Asana or other project management platforms</li><li>Able to communicate effectively and efficiently through written communication</li><li>Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through</li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to visit job sites as needed (25% field time)</li><li>Able to interpret construction drawings and follow SOPs and timelines</li><li>Proven ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team</li><li>Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and committed to excellence</li><li>Tech-savvy and able to adapt to Longshore's digital systems and templates</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>Competitive base salary at $75,000 to $90,000 plus milestone and satisfaction bonuses of $60,000 - $100,000 (up to 1% of contract value)</li><li>Opportunity to lead meaningful projects in a close-knit, drama-free environment</li><li>Flexible work structure with emphasis on results, not micromanagement</li><li>Team-first culture that values Growth, Positivity, Community, and Accountability</li></ul>Apply TodayIf you're ready to build stunning custom homes with a company that values Growth, Positivity, Community, and Accountability, we want to hear from you.
