At Longshore Custom Homes, we're looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Project Manager who's excited to lead high-end coastal home builds with efficiency, precision, and pride.

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading 6M - 10M in annual construction revenue across multiple projects. Our system is designed for success: 75% office-based planning and communication, and 25% jobsite engagement. You'll oversee everything from kickoff to closeout, ensuring timeline milestones, client satisfaction, and quality control. You'll coordinate with in-house design, operations, and field teams, using tools like Asana, to keep everyone on track.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the construction of custom homes from pre-construction through the warranty phase
  • Coordinate with the design team and the operations manager on material orders and selections
  • Ensure projects are built per plans, specs, contracts, and selections
  • Own the construction timeline, subcontractor scheduling, and milestone tracking
  • Maintain detailed job logs, daily reports, and Asana updates
  • Conduct walkthroughs and site inspections to ensure quality and cleanliness
  • Communicate with homeowners via Asana, meetings, and weekly updates
  • Approve invoices and manage change orders to protect the scope and budget
  • Drive process improvements, checklist development, and SOP refinement
  • Participate in bonus opportunities tied to milestone completion and client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of project management experience in residential construction preferred
  • Project Management skills are preferred over construction experience
  • Strong computer skills and comfort with Asana or other project management platforms
  • Able to communicate effectively and efficiently through written communication
  • Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through
  • Valid driver's license and ability to visit job sites as needed (25% field time)
  • Able to interpret construction drawings and follow SOPs and timelines
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and committed to excellence
  • Tech-savvy and able to adapt to Longshore's digital systems and templates
