You'll play a vital role in ensuring selections are finalized on schedule, installations meet design intent, and content is created for marketing and social media. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that balances design flair with project coordination. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Guide clients through the selection of finishes, materials, fixtures, and furnishings</li><li>Schedule, attend, and follow up on showroom appointments</li><li>Update selections and estimates using Asana and internal SOPs</li><li>Coordinate material lead times with the Project Manager</li><li>Prepare design deliverables: elevations, cabinet/trim/electrical plans in Chief Architect</li><li>Visit job sites to confirm installation accuracy and resolve selection-related issues</li><li>Create mood boards and visual assets for clients and marketing</li><li>Source materials, manage furniture orders, and track design-related expenses</li><li>Maintain communication with clients via Asana with a 24-hour response time</li><li>Assist with design consultations during preconstruction and punch list walk-throughs</li><li>Continuously suggest improvements to workflows and communication processes</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3 or more years of residential interior design experience preferred</li><li>Proficiency with Chief Architect is required</li><li>Strong sense of aesthetics and ability to align designs with client goals and budgets</li><li>Skilled in space planning, material coordination, and furniture layouts</li><li>Excellent communication and client service skills</li><li>Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus</li><li>Organized, tech-savvy, and self-motivated</li><li>Able to manage multiple projects, appointments, and deadlines independently</li><li>North Carolina driver's license and the ability to visit job sites as needed</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>Competitive salary range at $70,000 to $88,000 per year, plus potential bonuses based on performance.</li><li>A collaborative team that values your creativity and initiative</li><li>Diverse, high-end custom projects that showcase your design talent</li><li>Direct impact on client experience and brand aesthetics</li><li>A culture that balances hard work, fun, and family</li></ul>Ready to Design What Gets Built?Apply now with your resume and a link or PDF of your portfolio.
