This is a remote role, ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where each day is a little different. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and company leadership</li><li>Manage the CEO's calendar, including personal appointments and professional meetings</li><li>Track project progress and identify ways to support operations</li><li>Maintain digital filing systems, organize documents, and manage G Suite and other platforms</li><li>Coordinate utility services for new builds (temporary and permanent)</li><li>Order client gifts at key milestones (design kickoff, groundbreaking, and closing)</li><li>Assist with startup and close-out tasks for new builds</li><li>Communicate with team members and homeowners using Asana</li><li>Organize team meetings and company events, handling logistics and agendas</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations for team reviews and planning</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of all sensitive documents</li><li>Continuously identify and implement process improvements for smoother workflows</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3 or more years of experience in executive or administrative support roles</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated</li><li>Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word/Excel, and Asana</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing needs</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with a process- and solutions-oriented mindset</li><li>Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment</li><li>A proactive team player who enjoys bringing new ideas to the table</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Full time position (availability during EST business hours is required)</li><li>Competitive salary rate at $6 to $10 per hour, based on experience.</li><li>Potential for performance-based bonuses</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>A collaborative team that values your creativity and initiative</li><li>A culture that balances hard work, fun, and family</li></ul>Why Join Us?At Longshore Custom Homes, you won't be just another assistant.
